Booking.   
When you book and pay a deposit we will email or write to you to confirm our contract with you.
Email is paperless and preferred as it uses less of the planets resources.
A 20% non returnable deposit is due,
paid by card or cheque

Checkin. 
After 4.30.
Phone us to try to arrange other
times if that is inconvenient

Checkout is by 10.30 on the day of departure. 
We may be able to have parking for you after this time, please ask.

Cancellations. 
The 20% deposit is still non-returnable.

7 days notice to us of Cancellation -     No extra charge if we can fill the booking otherwise an fee of 50% of the total 
will be deducted

3 days or less notice to us of Cancellation - No extra charge if we can fill the booking otherwise an fee of 100% of the total will be deducted.
