Terms and Conditions

By booking you agree to our terms and conditions as described below :

• When you book and pay a deposit we will email or write to you to confirm our contract with you. Email is preferred as it is paperless and uses less resources.
• A 20% non returnable deposit is due, paid by card or cheque.
• Check-in after 4.30pm. We are flexible, please contact us.
• Check-out must be before 10.30am on the day of departure. Parking may be available after this time.
• The 20% deposit is non-returnable for cancellations.
• There is no extra charge if the cancellations is 7 days or more before the first night and we can fill the booking otherwise you will be charged 50% of the total.
• There is no extra charge if the cancellation is 3 days or less before the first night and we can fill the booking otherwise you will be charged 100% of the total.
