Bryn Elltyd has 6 guest bedrooms. All have showers and are en-suite.3 are on the first floor of the main house

The first front bedroom is a 4 ft single with central heating. It also has an extra child’s dropdown bunk available on request. The window looks out onto a lovely view overlooking the lake.
The room is furnished with a wardrobe, easy chair, CD clock radio, hospitality tray with fair trade tea, coffee and chocolate, hairdryer and small halogen heater.

The second front bedroom is a double room with central heating. This also has lovely views overlooking the lake. The room is furnished with a wardrobe, easy chair, CD clock radio, hospitality tray with fair trade tea, coffee and chocolate, hairdryer and small halogen heater. 

The rear bedroom is a large family room.
It has a lovely Super-king size bed, which can be made into twin beds. The room also has a 2’6” seating area that can be used as a further bed.
The room is furnished with a wardrobe, CD clock radio, hospitality tray with fair trade tea, coffee and chocolate, hairdryer and small halogen heater.

Ground floor room. This large room which overlooks the lake and front garden is accessible in a wheelchair from the second sitting room. It has a twin or massive super king-sized bed. It has a large shower- cubicle. The room is furnished with a wardrobe, CD clock radio, hospitality tray with fair trade tea, coffee and chocolate, hairdryer, and small halogen heater.

In the garden we have 2 further rooms. These are the eco rooms insulated with sheep wool. They both have turf roofs with spring and summer flowers. 

The Hobbit has its own entrance lobby with hanging space for outdoor things.  You look out onto the rear garden and get a lovely view of the Moelwyn mountain range, great to wake up to in the mornings from your king-sized bed. The room has a night storage heater and an en-suite wet room with WC, wash basin and heated towel rail.
The room is furnished with wardrobe chair, CD clock radio, hairdryer, hospitality tray with fair trade tea, coffee and chocolate.
The toilet is flushed assisted with rain water.
The hobbit room is not recommended for very tall people, as the ceiling is 6’ in one part.

The Garden room has its own solar panels and entrance lobby with hanging space for outdoor things. You also look out onto the rear garden and get a lovely view of the Moelwyn mountain range which is great to wake up to in the mornings from your Super-king bed. The bed can also be split into twins. The room has electric storage heating and a separate   large wet room with WC, wash basin and heated towel rail.
The room is furnished with a wardrobe, chair, CD, clock radio, hairdryer, hospitality tray with fair trade tea, coffee and chocolate.
The Garden room has its own solar panel which heats the hot water tank for this room. It was converted from a pig sty.
